Innovative construction and durability 

Lower and higher power reduction starters are produced. Lower power starters are manufactured with an external speed reducer (OSGR - Off-set gear reduction), higher power ones are manufactured with an internal speed reducer (PLGR - planetary gear reduction).
Open Nose Design – the open front design of the starter, according to which all Jubana starters are made. The modern design of the reduction starter provides an opportunity to reduce the size, weight and use of non-ferrous metals.
The modern design allows changing the front mounting caps, gears (gears) and changing/correcting the position of the starter mounting to the engine (by rotating the mounting cap around the starter axis). Some of the starter bendix designs have spring cushioning. This reduces the chance of the bendix breaking.

Auxiliary relay 

Most of the starters are equipped with an auxiliary relay. It provides the required current strength to the starter solenoid for starting the vehicle engine. During activation, the auxiliary relay uses a current of 1.5A to 5A.
From 2020 starters with external reducer are equipped with new generation solenoid. They use even 5 times less current during the pull-up than the previously used pull-up relays (from 50A to 10A).
